There are two heat pumps: one less than a year old, the other is two years old. The primary heat is forced air heating and cooling. The secondary heat source is an outdoor wood stove for forced air on the main floor, hot water baseboard on the upper level, and can easily be converted to gas. Hard-wired security system includes monitored smoke detectors, and door and window alarms. Water supply is well with a softener. Septic system. Primary hot water is on-demand, with an additional 40-gallon electric water heater. Energy-efficient Andersen windows throughout. Whole house fan.
